Would you rather keep your money at home or in a bank?

I recently obvious that everytime i get money into my account i withdraw it and keep it at home, due to the fact that the bank charge me almost £40 in maintenance charges every month for no talk over with, i haven't gone overdrawn or anything so i don't know what these charges are for.
Why don't you ask them what they're charging you for? Chances are it's a bloomer. Even premium current accounts don't charge that much.
I'd rather keep mine in the bank, the Co-op, as they're very trustworthy, and I think if i kept it at home my cat would steal it.

I am fully hep that I am overdrawn and on paying money into my account today and getting paid on Tuesday, i am getting a dollop frustrated with the bank keep calling - especially on MY weekends...... am trying to get hold off my bank managers home number to girdle him up with a cash point query, Sunday morning at 8 o clock !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do I carry on ignoring the calls and assumption they get the hint.
Yes, you can keep an amount in your account and elude being overdrawn. They are doing their job, and it may be an inconvenience to you but it is also a pain for a bank when you are not fully funded in your accounts. Once you do this, your problem will go away.
