I am a dam with big dreams but little guidance of help and support. I have two little girls by the ages of 3 and 5. I have been staying at home for the previous 8 months and I feel that I want to go back to work and register for school courses next year. But the only problem is that, I have to make certain I work around my schedule at home. My husband works out of state, 2nd shift job, 7 pm to 7am, alternating Saturdays thru Tuesdays, and obligatory over time on Wednesdays or Thursdays. I can't rely on him to help me watch my kids while I go to work or go back to school because he'll sleeping throughout the day weary of from work. I don't have family here. I cant put my girls in daycare because it is way tOo expensive and I am not eligible for child care assistance. I have sOo much that I want to do with my way of life but I just have no one to watch my kids. Could anyone help me with any suggestions of what I can do, so that I could get my life back on track? I just don't know what to do anymore.
I can affectionate of understand your frustration. I am in the same boat except luckily, my husband's schedule is a bit more flexible. Try talking to a college admissions counselor. A lot of colleges have on milieu daycare that is not expensive and is tacked on to your tuition so that financial aid may help take care of it. Also, depending on what you are going into, you could take some online courses. Cloth luck!

To all single parent, being busy at home and at work. How to avoid stress so that we can maintain our beauty?

Being involve at work and at home(trying to be a perfect parent). No more time for gym and saloons and malling. It's my stress free activities before. What are the different ways in order to avoid stress? Help! Thanks a lot and God bless!
Hi Ann,
Being continually fair and desirable are the joys of a woman's heart. Right ?. How to avoid stress? Or how to avoid the antipathetic effects of stressors in our lives ?
The key is to have as much control over your situations as is possible. Having control always is a stress reducer, isn't it?
Secondly, growing in your self -assurance and self-esteem is key to be stress resistant. How to do this?
Simple, challenge yourself to do increasingly 'scary' things. Eg. work smarter to keep on top of line duties including the kids and get it all done for 1 day then 2 days etc.
I started a new job which required that I jump in the 'deep end' initially. Note went up but I knew I could do it. And I did, I managed ok under stress for 5 weeks, then came the holidays. Now I believe I have more options.
Rout of luck and remeber you are beautiful and you can manage, yes you can, yes you can, yes you can! And go easy on yourself.

"Everything is on for him/her who believes" . Jesus meant 'everything' that is humanly possible. And 'Beauty is in the eye of the beholder' You can always note yourself and your life as beautiful' It's all a matter of perspective.
