Minnesota to ban tattoos for minors
AUSTIN — Minnesota will yoke neighbors Wisconsin and Iowa on July 1 in prohibiting tattoo artists from performing services for minors, even with parents’ acceptance.
The new law also requires all tattoo artists and establishments to carry state licenses by Jan. 1.
Chad Iverson, of Ivy’s Ink Tattoo and Threads in Austin, sees as many as five minors every Saturday who travel from Iowa with their parents to take advantage of the state’srelaxed laws.
He said the hard cash will affect his bottom line but he does see its rationale.
The bill’s co-sponsor, Rep. Julie Bunn, DFL-Lake Elmo, told the Austin Continuously Herald that she gathered input from tattoo artists throughout the state.
She said they felt only adults should make the settling for themselves because tattoos are permanent.

I'm starting up my own subject (Drinks Delivery), and I want to know how to go about accepting credit/debit card payments, how can I obtain a PDQ machine, does the bank charter out them or can you rent one? Cheers.
Are you in the UK? Firstly to one's hands on a PDQ machine you need a business bank account and then you will need to pay approx £250 to set up a merchant account with the bank to withstand card payments, they can rent you a machine between £25-40 a month or you can purchase one £300-550 approx. If you don't want to do this you can unsealed a Paypal account, register as a business seller and apply for the virtual terminal, this is an online powder-room to accept card payments, you simply log in as the customer phones and input their details live whilst fascinating their order, this costs £20 per month plus the usual charges per transaction. I use this myself.

Asked for debit card details over the phone?
Nov 18, 2008 by pr | Posted in Personal Finance
I recently had to see a payment over the telephone, the operator asked for my address, my debit card number and the 3 digits on the back. I'm now a little concerned, should I be worried? The assembly who I was made this payment to, is a reputable company that has an Indian call centre.
If it is a worthy company it should be fine. Where I work we take the same details for payment. It is only safe though if it is from a reputable company
