why are all the company's who have on line payment services charging a visa card fee even on a debit card?

what effort does any company do to warrent a charge as the consumer does all the work by filling all their details in and with a debit card the rhino goes straight into their accounts

They DON'T all assess extra - and some DON'T charge Debit cards ...

Plainly it's more difficult to program the payment system to detect the difference between Reliability & Debit cards - so the simple answer is :-

"Because it's easy"

You can always shop around for a site that dosn't pervade extra ..

They get charged by the solvency card company for transactions and are passing that charge to users.

and if so, assume I bought 50 Euros worth of stuff, would there be a fee that is based on a percentage of that, or would it be a set fee no matter how many Euros done for?
