Who is successful to stand against nuclear power?
Who is going to stand for the impeachment of Bush and Cheney?
Who is going to cart for cutting the bloated, wasteful, ever-expanding military budget?
Who is going to stand for a Palestine set at liberty from U.S./Israeli military domination?
Who is going to stand for an aggressive crackdown on corporate crime?
Who is wealthy to stand for the repeal of the anti-union Taft Hartley law?
Who is going to stand up to health insurance industry and for a separate-payer, Medicare for all, Canadian-style health care system?
No one.

Alternative Health Guru's, Help?

I am 24 years old. I started having moderately severe back pains at age 17. I chalked it up to scoliosis or a car accident and started going to chiropractors. After a while i started to goggle if it had anything to do with previous (short-lived) heavy drug use and the major stress i had been putting myself through because of my best boyfriend slowly dying of hiv/hepC. When i was 19 he died, i had already gotten myself involved in an abusive relationship. That only lasted a year but it was during that "relationship" that my guy died, i was working full at the same time and going to school full time. I was still going to the chiropractor regularly and doing neck traction to support my reversed neck curve. The stress of the abusiveness and working and school really took a chiming so i ditched the bf, finished school, and decided i needed a "break" to recoop from everything. I stayed at my habitu job and worked full time (not in my field of work). i was either too afraid to find work in my field or there wasnt any jobs that paid me enough to brace my physical needs either. I found myself even going to find a 2nd job because i maxed out my health benefits for the year. after a few months of working the new job i had found a good man and we got into a relationship to see if it would vocation, which moved me across country (again). Living was easy with him but i was still not following my dream career, it was just working to viable, to get insurance to fix my body, so that i could work...the cycle was ridiculous. that job even caused more muscle/spine issues because of all the heavy lifting. I inexorably said F it. My boyfriend was getting orders to move out of the country and we didn't see it working out. I had so many options of other guys to move in with but i couldnt open the thought of depending on them. So, i moved home. where all of my issues began which never got resolved. I have been here for almost 2 years now. I have learned so much about the Good Samaritan body, how badly i poisoned myself with the chemical drug use, the vicodin that helped me get thru the days of work, the emphasis. I have been off all pharmaceuticals now for at least 2 years. I picked up a job at a health co-op. I began getting regular massage, other forms of treatments, acupuncture. basically i tried everything i expended thousands on while i was moved away AGAIN. Sometimes i feel like im gaining ground, other times i feel i am chasing my own flag. Im 24! I am a skinny little thing (weighing 120 and im pretty tall) People say i have bad shape but i need energy and strength. I have been thru a few weight lifting routines and i started eating vital part again. I felt better for a while and then its like my energy gets zapped a few weeks into my routine. I would love to be expert to follow a raw food diet but Ayurvedic Medicine suggests i follow a Vata pacifying sustenance...cooked warm foods (which i have always been drawn to). That stuff cant be good for mucous build up, or candida..can it? The turbulent amounts of animal protein (fish/chicken) leads to acidity...something i have much of. The raw food diet goes against just about everything I've well-grounded is good for my blood and body type. I want to try it because that is what i do, try things to see how my body reacts. But honestly, i am so annoyed of trying things, spending all my money on things and ideas of others. Ive been doing it for 7 years. And although I've learned a Clique of things useful in life...I'm so confused as to what is good for my life anymore. Ive heard yoga, ive heard heaviness training, meditation. supplements...name it Ive probably tried it. And its not that none of this stuff hasnt worked...its just when i get into a solid formula i get sooo sore. specifically around my legs and neck/shoulders. Ive narrowed it down to getting adjusted at least 2 times a month, at least 2 massages a month and i buying services with an alternative healthcare professional in town weekly. I eat all organic foods. I do proper nutriment combining for the most part. i juice my own veggies, i have meal replacement shakes. i try to get regular sleep every night. (10pm-7am) Even a bit longer if i atmosphere like i need it. I drink enough water. I just simply do not know what i am missing....but something is missing. Does anyone have any suggestions??????? Either I'm virtuous on track because i feel like crap or I am totally confused....
What kinds of vitamins are you bewitching??? Are they in the form of a pill?? if the answer was yes then you should try an isotonix multivitamin. It is not in the form of a pill it is in the form of a competency that you mix with water and drink. Vitamin pills do not give you the amount of vitamins on the label because your body cannot digest the pill that speedily. I would start off with that and I would recommend a product called OPC-3. which is a powerful antioxidant and a B complex vitamin for burden. If you still arent feeling like you have enough energy that you want I would recommend a product called mochatonix which does not have any caffeine in it but I would definitely take it ONLY if you want 8 straight hours of energy. (and dont take it near bedtime.) The mocha tonix has all appropriate ingrediants including ginseng. If you do any online shoping at all you can register on the site and shop the partner stores (which are lyrical much any online store you can think of) and earn points towards getting the products for free. I take all of these products (literally I dont take the mocha tonix EVERYDAY I find I dont need it EVERYDAY) but I really really at bottom notice the diffrence in my mood, I am not sore at he end ofthe day from work, and I can handle stress a lot better. But based on your symptoms ( soreness around your neck and jostle and legs ) Id say you have a vitamin defficiency. even an organic diet does not get ALL the vitamins you need. I hope this helps
