I need a health insurance waiver for this Uni Policy?!?

hi i beggary to find a health insurance plan that will have the same standard of cover as the university one but is cheaper.

WAIVER STANDARDS FOR Intercontinental STUDENTS



For international students a comparable health insurance plan will:
# Include coverage for both accident and sickness
# Involve coverage for all pre-existing conditions
# Have a deductible not in excess of $500 per individual, per year
# Have maternity benefits--these benefits should be the same as benefits for an ailment. If
they are not the same, the maternity benefit must meet all applicable waiver standards
(e.g. deductible, maximum benefit, etc)
# Have a top benefit of not less than $50,000 per incident
# Have in-patient and outpatient, mental and nervous disorder benefits
# Pay benefits worldwide (freedom from coverage in an international student's home
country is acceptable)
# Have provision for medical evacuation of not less than $10,000 to an worldwide
student's home country
# Have provision for repatriation (after death, removal of remains) of not less than $7,500 to
an foreign student's home country
# Include coverage for HIV infection, including Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome
(AIDS), AIDS-interrelated complex, and Positive HIV Test.

How much is Health Insurance in each EU country? and in the US?

I found this and checked the figures which look about make right..

From my figures, each year In the UK £1250 is collected for every man, woman and offspring.

From birth to age 85, each year, each individual receives an average of £675 of health care.

So effectively the NHS premiums are £1250 a year and on average we command £650 a year (the rest goes in administrative over heads)

Ok - so (being an international site) what are the figures for the forty winks of europe and the US ?
The average £650 a year includes ALL treatments - some patients get tens of thousands of pouds of treamtment, others get none -- the standard in the main is £650.
People pay £1250 and get £675 - contributions easily cover treatment received.

But the quesiton is not abou the NHS - its about the indolence of europe and the US.

I devote about $45/month for health care in Canada. 675 pounds worth of health care claims per themselves sounds really low to me.
